My goal is to help you feel confident and capable in a shame-free environment while delivering . Whatever your goals are, I will to create and guide you through a custom exercise program that feels not only sustainable, but enjoyable as well. I’ve had the privilege of helping clients across a broad spectrum of identities figure out what works for them, whether they’re navigating gender dysphoria, chronic pain, pregnancy, or simply looking to cultivate a healthier relationship with exercise.
